I paid $39 already. But it says i can't create any more project on free plan! What happen!?

I have to get a message out last week, but I've gotten lots of messages when trying to record a program that just says something like "Error in translating text." I am concerned about when we preview, it removed characters from our monthly, then when we create it, it takes it again

It would be great if we could apply a voice to all "checked" blocks and not just all blocks in a project.

mistakes and more mistakes... we pay too much for the annual plan to always have problems! and worst of all, zero commitment to providing customer satisfaction.
