I am concerned about when we preview, it removed characters from our monthly, then when we create it, it takes it again

I paid $39 already. But it says i can't create any more project on free plan! What happen!?

It would be great if we could apply a voice to all "checked" blocks and not just all blocks in a project.

mistakes and more mistakes... we pay too much for the annual plan to always have problems! and worst of all, zero commitment to providing customer satisfaction.

12k limit is less max it to 50k at least because sometimes we want to convert whole book to audio
